So a quick update on our 370 meters tall The Address Boulevard Hotel project, which was our second Dubai contract in 2013 February, just over a year ago. And here it is, over 17 floors of concrete already! Soon there will be some glass on it too, the majority of system design phase has been concluded (our role now is to review the contractor's submissions),and the first performance mock-up has been tested last week (that we witnessed!). The third picture shows the dynamic water penetration testing - a propeller airplane engine is used to simulate wind turbulence, while water is sprayed on the facade for a good 15 minutes.
