Another of our projects is coming close to its final stage. We first got involved in the Rotana Al Bandar hotel back in 2013. Now the hotel is almost complete and will open to the public early 2018. Located along the bustling Dubai Creek, the sleek hotel offers splendid views over the whole of Downtown. 

For 18-storey tall building we designed 10 different systems, featuring a unique panelized double skin facade feature wall. The building also features a large atrium space with glazed skylight and glass-floored restaurant. Koltay Façades have provided the full scope facade engineering and BMU consultancy from schematic design, construction stage services to handover. We have done the final site inspection, our work is done just in time for Christmas. 

The building is designed by Ghazi Awad Architects & engineers. Main Contractor: Dhafir Development and contracting. The Facade contractor was Alico and the Developer was Alain Ahleya Insurance co.
