Hard to believe, we have turned four years old. The company birthday is 15th of May, which happened to be a Friday, and we celebrated it by getting up super early to meet at 4 am and go to the desert for a sunrise hot air balloon ride. Then had breakfast together at the beach, where some of us spent the rest of the day. Mid May is perfect beach weather in Dubai. Have to say it had been a good day!

Our projects are going ahead really fast and we have started site scope on a number of the big ones. They are not far from our office and it is exciting to see the day to day progress. Here are some recent shots of two giant ones, Sky View (two 60F twin towers with sky bridge and glass floored observatory) and Fountainviews (4 towers 45F-60F, on 12F podium, with link bridge to Dubai Mall). We also expanded the team a bit, Chris joined us and we are getting an other starter in June. 

Agnes and Shadwa has also hosted a group of 25 B.Arch students from Dubai's Manipal University, who had the opportunity to visit our Address The Boulevard Hotel site and see ongoing unitized curtain wall panel and balcony sliding doors installation with our guidance and explanations.
