Site preparation works have commenced at our newest Dubai project. The site is about 380 meters long and 60 meters wide, so we can call it big... The multi-tower development includes retail, high-rise residential and hotel functions. It is very lucky to have a restaurant upstairs of a nearby building, so we can have a cold juice, while observing progress.
