2018 has seen KF continue to expand its reach beyond the MENA region and into both Europe and South East Asia. 

We have been working on Hungary’s tallest building designed by Fosters & Partners– the MOL Campus – the new headquarters for the oil and gas company MOL Group.  The 120-meter tower consists of a single high rise building set on a podium that will house office units, skygardens and viewing platform on the top.

In Budapest we have also been working on the Hungexpo Event Centre development which will be offering conference and event facilities as well as office units with back of house services. The Event Center is quite a unique three armed shaped freeform enclosure and the facade is modulated with triangular and rectangular geometries, integrating aluminium and glazed elements with glazed skylight.

In Singapore we have also successfully completed the design stages of multiple buildings for Singapore Institute Of Technology Campus (SIT) At Punggol.  A total of 4 plots in the Punggol District, the upcoming tech district in the northeast of Singapore; a mix-use commercial and business park.
