A 58 story high-rise serviced apartment hotel tower with duplex penthouse units, reaching 235 meters in height. The building has a triangular shape, and an expressed verticality. The vertical interfaces in between stone and glazed areas are emphasized by concealed lighting strips. The intricate detailing poses no compromise on the performance of the building envelope, thanks to early involvement and integrated design approach. The penthouse flats include double height glass walls, providing unique views of downtown. The glazed walls are developed with steel support system with minimal obstruction to views. The podium areas are stone clad, with hard duty detailing, with integrated glazed store fronts.

Koltay Façades provides facade engineering and BMU strategy Consultancy, from Concept Stage. We are developing the systems together with the architects, defining the performance requirements, preparing the tender drawings and performance specifications for both the facades and the BMU.
