Single high-rise hotel tower with 38 floors, located in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. The building is rectangular in shape with a dramatic negative massing element at the east and west facades. The building is clad with glazed unitized curtain walling, repetitive and cost-efficient construction with elegant appearance.
