Oystra is a luxury residential development designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, situated in Al Marjan Island, RAK, UAE. The building's shape, inspired by organic nature form resembling an oyster emerging from the sea. This complex geometry, optimized through parametric design tools stands as a unique landmark at Al Marjan Island. The top to bottom curtain wall system  gives unobstructed view to the sea to more than 75% of the residents. Koltay Facades undertakes the facade engineering and facade access scope from early concept stage onwards.
