A 55 story luxury hotel, reaching 258 meters in height, located at Dubai Marina in front of Jumeirah Beach Residences.
Significant portion of the tower is vertically straight while on the left and rights wings of the podium, the floor plates are stepped to create terraces at each end bay. The 19m height tension cable glass walls give a unique visual experience as you can see through the building from the Jumeirah Walk till the beach.
The envelope of this building consists of more than 15 different systems, including stick and unitized curtain wall, the main system, patch fixed facade, glass fin walls and tensioned cable walls, stone and metal cladding. Due to this many systems and materials involved, Koltay Façades role is fundamental in the coordination of the different contractors’ design.
We provided facade engineering and BMU strategy consultancy from Concept stage through Tender documentation till building handover.
