A prominent luxury residential tower in the Downtown - Burj Khalifa District area, 190 meters tall with elliptical floorplans and a 5 story high rectangular void at the center. Tower main system is a unitized curtain wall, with stick system at selected locations, and glass balustrades all around the iconic wooden paved balconies. The two significantly stepped floorplates create recreational decks and terraces, populated with pools, gardens and play areas, designed to combine a modern style and a highly immersive ambience with vegetation, wood and water take the scene.
The 424 apartments building sit on a 5 story podium, cladded with a mix of metal screens, metal cladding and stick curtain wall. Koltay Façades provides facade engineering and BMU strategy consultancy from Schematic stage till Tender documentation.
