The concept of this 65 story cylindrical high-rise tower, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, is based on a 30-degree rotation of each floor resulting in repetitively stacked villas - a unique concept that provides high garden ratio, individual swimming pools and good city views with all units. The hotel comprises 247 rooms and suites, whereas the residential accommodation includes a total of 254 apartments. The podium will accommodate the sky lobby and a series of spa, restaurants and meeting rooms.
To maximize views and connect to the green gardens, a fully glazed facade is adopted. the 271 infinity pools are integrated with glass balustrades. Koltay Façades provides facade engineering and BMU strategy consultancy for the design stages.
