The project is set to be Class “A” Office Building, the largest Net Zero Energy Building in the world and shall be certified as LEED Platinum, WELL Silver and Safat Platinum. The building is designed to be the smartest governmental building in the world that accommodates up to 5,000 people with a total GFA approx. 195,000 m2 and consists of B+G+4P+15F+Service floor.
The undulated lateral surface, as well as the inner courtyards, is cladded with triple-glazed, unitized curtain wall system, while stick systems are used on podium levels along with GRC horizontal fins. The huge roof, detached from the main building and covering it completely, is covered with solar panels that will serve as main energy source of the building.
