The Creek Gate development consists of two high-rise buildings, of 30 and 37 floors with a maximum height of approximately 150m, located in Dubai Creek Harbour. The residential towers will set on separate podiums. Koltay Façades provided facade and BMU consultancy from concept stage to tender documentation and tendering assistance. Scope included stick steel and aluminum framed curtain wall, aluminum clad canopies, GFRC and metal cladding.
