Designed by New York-based Studio Libeskind, the twin towers are conceived as a cluster of ascending prismatic crystals, with their mass fragmented into four distinct vertical branches. This design creates a refined, slender profile and a residential scale. Tower One, rising 237 meters over 44 floors, steps forward toward the main road and houses both hotel and residential units, while Tower Two is entirely residential. Both towers feature shard-shaped projecting balconies with stainless steel fascia cladding and soffits, enhancing their crystalline aesthetic.
The podium serves as a hub for restaurants and public spaces, organized around a central plaza and highlighted by iconic entrance canopies. The design integrates a diverse range of façade systems, blending functionality and architectural expression.
Koltay Facades has been engaged in the project since the concept stage, overseeing the design and development of the façade and façade access systems. The scope includes fully bespoke unitized curtain wall systems, stick systems with minimalist sliding doors for the penthouse levels, glass fin walls for the main entrances, faceted add-on curtain walls, and laser-welded mullions. Additionally, the podium incorporates stone cladding and architectural louvers, seamlessly merging aesthetics with performance.
The main entrance canopies are a standout feature, lined with mirror-coated, prismatic fluted laminated glass on their underside, which is fixed to the steel structure through concealed point fixings. Complementing this are custom-designed, metal-clad architectural elements with integrated lighting, creating a dynamic visual experience in the arrival plaza and access ramp areas.
Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) are integrated within the crown roofs of both towers. These systems are designed for full concealment when not in use, with portions of the roof fixed to the BMU structure to ensure a seamless appearance in the parked position. This meticulous integration underscores the project's commitment to maintaining its pristine architectural vision.
