Last week had been eventful with performance testing. The real size mock up sample was probed for air tightness, water tightness, wind resistance, seismic behavior, among other specified crucial checks, simulating extreme conditions that may only happen once or twice during the entire design life of the facade. The system has passed all tests and it is now ready to be fabricated and installed on site. The testing, carried out in an independent testing laboratory, has verified the engineering of the custom designed unitized curtain wall system.
