Burj Vista consists of two high-rise residential towers (20F and 65F),reaching the height of 254 meters. It is located just opposite Burj Khalifa, at the center of Dubai Downtown, and directly connected to the elevated metro link.
The buildings have an interesting, positive-negative massing, with outward inclined glazed facade areas resulting in its iconic facade pattern. On the sea-facing side, two vertical stripes of GFRC act as a frame for a more classic facade grid. Both towers are topped by a GRC-cladded crown.
Stepped facade on the east side consists in an outward inclined capped stick system installed in front of each protruding element. Koltay Façades have been involved from schematic design stage, to provide facade engineering consultancy and BMU facade access strategy consultancy services, until handover. The project was completed in July 2018.
